Surface-web reporting remains attributed to and linked back to the cited publisher. Dark/deep-web findings are displayed in a separate realm and default to unverified status until corroborated.

The Tor collector is intentionally read-only: HTTP GET retrieval only, no account creation, no automated login, no posting, no messaging, no CAPTCHA bypass, no attachment downloads, and no JavaScript execution.
